We provide relaxing groups for women who have problems with their mental health. The focus is on learning new skills and developing support networks in a safe environment.
Our monthly Men’s group offers men a chance to build friend-ships, to develop
communication skills and to learn about ways of improving their mental health.
Cooking group is returning in 2017 and more groups will be added throughout the year.
