These are relaxing groups that help people learn new skills and develop support networks. Groups include: Music, Art, Writing, Allotment,Walking, Music Appreciation, positive Memories and Relaxation.
We provide relaxing groups for women who have problems with their mental health. The focus is on learning new skills and developing support networks in a safe environment.
Our monthly Men’s group offers men a chance to build friend-ships, to develop
communication skills and to learn about ways of improving their mental health.
More groups will be added throughout the year.
