About the Course
Living well with Arthritis is a course designed to help you manage your condition and support you with your wellbeing.
This is done by teaching you the right techniques to manage your pain, improve your knowledge of arthritis and simultaneously improve your wellbeing and how you feel.
We understand how our physical health can impact the way we feel and the way we think. That is why, during this course we will cover subjects regarding our mental health and wellbeing.
Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health and wellbeing is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through to adulthood.
