We will be discussing and sharing positive memories, focusing on a different theme each week. We will also cover different techniques to promote the creation of positive future memories. This will all be recorded in a Memories Journal, where you will use different creative mindfulness methods to display your stories and experiences.
You will be required to bring your own blank notebook. This can be A5 or A4, blank or lined. As it will be used as a kind of scrap book diary it would be better to have sturdy pages. There will be some that can be purchased on the day if you can’t bring your own.
