Suitable for young people ages 14-25

Our brilliant Wellbeing Ambassadors are no strangers to getting the conversation going with their podcast “In One Ear Out The Other” in full swing across all major streaming platforms, having already recorded and released 10 episodes.

Our Open Day is a great way to come and meet the teams at Newport Mind in a relaxed and informal setting. We will be running free activities for you to get involved in:

  • Free ‘Guess the name of our teddy’ competition
  • Free raffle with prize
  • Information Station – grab some leaflets to takeaway
  • Free well-being sheet to take away
  • ‘On This Day’ Quiz
  • Small tables with tea, coffee, and biscuits
  • Arts and crafts displays
  • Members of our team will be on hand to chat with
